Story

For the longest time she pondered why evenings spurred pensiveness. It wasn’t the way they dawdled— waiting to be engulfed by still nights. It was the way they crept in, staining half a sky. The reflections, the unlearning of her personhood had stretched out a hand. So many times— more prominently through teenage autumns— for the lightest brush of familiarity.

The self thrives. And so did she.

As the years passed, evenings grew on her. They were still pensive. Part glum, part glassy.
But oddly, she felt secure in their clasp.

They were renamed Smokefall.

The fabric is then cut and structured to obtain the tufted effect. The process of weaving velvet is complicated and results in an unmatched silky smooth feel. The velvet used to create this piece is made of viscose. Viscose is a biodegradable fabric made from regenerated cellulose fibre. The fabric is versatile and has a silken sheen. Further, its soft texture makes wearing it a breeze.
