Mysorepak (or Mysuru Paaka, as it is traditionally known) is the sweetmeat that made the city of Mysore in Karnataka popular across India. It is believed that this divine-tasting delicacy was first born in the Mysore Palace kitchen as the brain-child of the royal cook! What we love about the Mysore Pak is that it was never confined within the palace walls and made its way, even across the State border to reach the hearts and homes of the people in Andhra Pradesh.
